When I arrived at Honda for my appointment, I sat outside in my car for about 5 minutes before I thought maybe I needed to go inside to let them know I was there. I went in and someone told me to wait outside and I’ll be helped. I stood awkwardly outside next to my car when David was coming back from somewhere and saw me standing there confused and asked if anyone had helped me. I said no and he (although clearly coming back from doing something else or was in the middle of something) immediately stepped up to help me and took me inside and got me situated. The rest of my experience was smooth after David started helping!
