We took my CR-V in for lube, oil and filter. The Representative later on called us regarding additional work and left a voice mail. We tried numerous times to contact him to no avail. After about an hour of this, we never got an answer back, but then got an email my vehicle was ready.
We went down and picked it up and I talked to him about his failure to communicate and that we would not be bringing my car back in the future.
I have since gone to another garage for the necessary repairs. Very upset about this.
