My car was taken for full 24 hours and not one thing was done to my car. At an appointment at 9:00 in the morning at my car was not seen until the next morning. The oil change and maintenance light are on in my car I told the service provider and needed to happen but yet it did not happen. Not even a car wash nothing. The sensor in my back of the car does not work properly even a technician tried but was told that since the sensor is not showing a default there's nothing really they can do except try to order another one but it would still work just as bad per the technician. When my husband called to complain he called five times before anybody answered the phone and they only answer the phone because he called from a police department phone number. I am very upset with the service I received and I'm currently looking to go elsewhere

As always, Darin acknowledged my presence right as I pull up and very cheerfully greeted me and took care of my car’s needs. It was a quick trip all around! I expressed to him my disappointment with my previous trip to the service department (RE: incident with Jesus) while he was printing the paperwork and we still ended up with a laugh as I go towards the waiting area… because that’s just what Darin is: he takes care of his customers and very professional!
