Alex lied to me 4 times and I was an hour late to pick up my little kids who are 2 and 5 years old. When I called I said I needed 4 tires and it that I didn’t have much time. He said I should come right away because they werent
Busy and they could get it done asap. After I got there to drop off my car he said it would be two hours. I was forced to take an Uber to get back to work. 3 hours later I had heard anything so I called. He said they were almost done and that they would call me in 30 minutes. 90 minutes later I didn’t hear anything so I took another Uber to go get my car. I arrived over 4 1-2 hours after I dropped off my car and it still wasn’t done. I had to wait another 40 minutes before my car was finally done. He needs to be honest and upfront with the time frames because my kids were waiting at school crying and I got in trouble for not picking them up when I was supposed to all because Alex lied to me and because the shop took 4 1/2 hours to change 4 tires and do a quick alignment
