Actually I asked if a break inspection was done and the service rep said that the wheels needed to be take off for it. I didn't anything of it until I realized I paid for a tire rotation wouldn't they have taken a look then? Now I'm wondering if they even did do a tire rotation.

I came in for an oil change and for a bolt to hold my cars undercarriage because it fell off. They told me it would be 2 hours because 6 cars were ahead of me. What's the point of making an appointment if the wait time is 2 hours? It totaled just over 3 hours because I asked at the 3 hr mark and they didn't know how much longer it would be. They left to ask the mechanic and came back to say 15 more mins. When they called me to say it was done, it was over 20 mins later. I asked if they fixed the undercarriage and they said no, it was missing a bolt. Yes, I know, that's why I asked for you to fix it and they said they would.
