My service person never called me and updated me on the status of my car. I had to call him at 2:30 after I dropped the car off at 9 o’clock. I had to go pick the car up after work at 4:30 because he still did not have a status on my car, after which I got home and I only had my Honda key in my ignition and I had left all my keys with him so now they can’t find my keys so I had to get a locksmith to get into my house tonight and I also have business keys on that keychain so my business is going to have to re-key all of the locks so I am very unsatisfied and I do not want to work with Alex anymore. He is not thorough he is not complete and he does not pay attention to detail and I still want my car fixed so I would like a call from Honda corporation who he said he sent the request for approval to and I want to talk to somebody up there, because his customer service skills are lacking to say the least .
