Our car was worse off when we picked it up on Friday than when I brought it in. It was not bouncing when I brought it in. $3000 later and the car is bouncing on the drive home. Was told we couldn’t take the car back in until today. Now they wanted to charge us $4100 for something we feel was definitely not wrong with the car when we took it in on Friday.

When I scheduled the appointment I told the person on the phone I wanted a recall item fixed and a B1 service. After I agreed to additional work and the work was completed and the car was ready, I was told the recall work could not be done because parts were needed. I feel that I should have been told sooner. I would have not authorized the additional work
