Chris Montag was great! I usually make appointment for regular service at the main service department.
I was happy with the way I was treated by Chris I will definitely return to Express Service for regular maintenance.

I brought my car in on Friday morning because I had made an appointment. Alex said they were busy that day and said I could Pick it up tomorrow which was fine. However I got no updates Friday and no updates Saturday. I called around 12pm and David answered. Apparently Alex had not put my car on the service schedule. Luckily David was able to waive a fee and keep me posted about my car. However I didn’t get my car back till Monday which was really disappointing. I’ve been coming to Hardin Honda since 2013 and was very unhappy with the service this time.
