We drove from San Diego to Brea and in heavy traffic 10 miles from our destination we heard an increasingly loud noise. We got to our destination at 5:15 pm and due to concern for our safety driving back to San Diego I called Hardin and left a message with service. Within a very short period of time he called back and an appt was set up for the next day. We came in at 7:30 am and he was observed to be one of two service members there. Last one to leave and one of the first ones in!!! We had to stay an extra night because he had to order a part but both he and Justo (shuttle driver) took care of everything with a smile and explanation. They made a stressful situation less stressful! Quality employees! Cudos Hardin Honda!
