needs improvement/ suggestion:
Shuttle service last Thursday took almost 2 hr wait before it took us home. we would appreciate updating customers about the wait ( was informed 1 hr wait) . But the pick up shuttle last Saturday was fast ( Kudos to Ryan).
The lounge 2 coffee machines were broken . no coffee or water at all while waiting. :(
