I was informed prior to taking my car in that all the parts were available for the recalls- and when I picked up my car, one of them wasn’t completed due to not having parts available?? So now I have to go back when the parts are in. David told me he called me 3 times (yeah, no calls on my phone nor voice messages). To be honest, I was a bit upset (and still am). A little bit of attitude was given that wasn’t appreciated. Will I go back to Hardin for service - yes, but probably on the express side going forward.
