Went in for a service in the morning(7am). For an early morning, staff was very friendly, they were ready to go,and took care of everyone waiting. Chris was nice and explained what service was due for my car and what would be checked. Great customer service.

Cesar was very helpful and was able to explain full processes of repairs. Shuttle driver for today 05-22-24 drove a bit fast and should slow down coming off the off-ramp when having multiple riders. Over all happy with Honda service and repairs: I would recommend to send follow up messages even if updates have not changed. This helps with the waiting period and keeps anxiety levels down.
