Would like to call to leave service issue: 9AM appointment but not finished until 3:45PM, my father was waiting expecting it to finish in a few hours at best for general tire rotation and inspection. No Uber was offered if it takes that long nor an answer of when completed when he checked in. TERRIBLE. Will not come back even though we still have service remains. ZERO STAR, WORST Service ever. We love Honda, but so disappointed with the service area. 6 HOURS for a freaking general service brand new car. Cannot say enough, he was starving waiting and kept in the dark.
