I noticed Simon was a new member of the team. I was grateful to have been helped by him, he was kind and professional. He educated me on services calmly and with a smile. He wasn’t pushy or condescending. My experience here at Hardin hasn’t always been great but Simon changed that today. Hope he works continues to work here.

I had to wait for almost 3 and half hours for an oil change and a patch for a flat tire at an EXPRESS SERVICE place. Darin was great and very professional. The service for my car today was unacceptable. I will only take 15 minutes if I bring my car to a local mechanic shop for an oil change. I’m really disappointed with the service today
