Cezar always takes great care of me and my family vehicles. I have been coming to Hardin Honda for many years. It’s not the closet dealer… I actually pass at least 5 Honda dealerships on my way to Hardin Honda. However Cezar is only at Hardin Honda. Hardin Honda has the best customer service and it starts with Cezar!

I ordered a splash shield part and drove in for installation service from Hardin Hond. I ran over a metal rim on the freeway causing to tear the shield at the bottom of my car. I took my car to Honda at 7:30am and I spent over $400 on labor fees, parts and service cost only to find out, on the same evening of that installation service, halfway to Vegas, that the torn part of the shield that I had specifically asked to be fixed was not replaced/fastened. I initially had a very good customer service experience from Adrian and now I am very frustrated and upset, that the trouble I took to get my car to a trustworthy dealership is just absolute disappointment.
