Upon reaching home, I received a tire pressure low notification, which is a basic check that should have been done during the service. This oversight is concerning, as it indicates that the inspection was not thorough. I would appreciate more attention to detail to ensure such basic safety checks are not missed.

He gave me different replacement options and answered more questions when I called back. He is an exceptional employee with great customer service. Service is usually always good. This time the yellow tire light was on but if it were on when I started the car, the steering wheel was blocking it. I didn’t see the light until I reached over to get my sunglasses and then I was in very heavy traffic and couldn’t come back. So I went to Firestone on 17th in Costa Mesa and they checked my tires and reset the light and there was nothing wrong with the tires except the yellow tire light. Perhaps the technician forgot to reset it. All is well and Firestone didn’t charge me. So we’re good.

Very bad experience specially in this branch because my vehicle is almost 30000 miles and It need major maintenance and I bought full coverage maintenance for my car but unfortunately the guy told me this service not covered and today when changed engine oil he forgot to setup the computer and found the oil life time still 50% and he forgot but sticker on the wend shield
