I had a great experience with Adrian—he was fantastic and there were zero issues. This was my first visit to this particular location, and I've taken different vehicles in for service several times at other Honda dealers, where I’ve always received a complimentary car wash. I was a little taken aback when my car didn’t receive one this time.
That was my only concern, but overall, I appreciate the service I received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
