The technician damaged one of my rim covers when I had a scheduled maintenance on October 19th. I only knew about it when I came home and noticed that the rear left rim cover is missing. Inside is a blue tape which the technician placed to somehow attached the rim cover from inside. It was obviously overtightenee to the point of breaking the screw hole. I called Honda service center on October 21st and asked for my advisor. I was transferred to his desk but didnt picked up the call. I left a voice message regarding the problem. I never received a call back. This is truly disappointing and a terrible experience. I bought 3 Honda vehicles at Hardin Honda and have been going for all my oil changes and service maintenance for years. I should not been treated this way.
