When I call the service department I cannot speak to a live person. I am asked to leave a message. I do get a call back later but am frustrated as time passes. When I asked about picking up my car I was given incorrect information about when I could pick it up. I had to get a call from the acting manager to get correct information. So far repair seems to be working
