In my 3+ years of owning my Honda, this was the best experience I’ve had so far taking my car in for service. Honestly, Chris should be featured in one of those Honda commercials because he embodies all the heartwarming and compassionate characteristics that this company embodies. From the get go, he was humorous and extremely attentive to not only the needs of my vehicle but insured I had a fantastic visit. He gave me a two-hour window for the previously discussed services (oil check, multi-check inspection, brake fluids), and even though we had to tack on some additional things like getting a new battery, everything was done within that period of time. Throughout the visit, Chris was incredibly personable, professional, and just all around awesome. I can’t appreciate his kindness enough and hope my future service visits will be with him. He goes above and beyond for the clients at Honda, and it truly speaks volumes of his work ethic and customer service skills.

Zachary was kind, helpful, and professional. I only was at the service center for a few minutes before being taken care of and letting me know exactly how much the oil change would cost before scheduling it. Juliano or Julian (I think?) was also very nice, making sure that I didn’t accidentally drive my car over some oil leaked from another car. The service was completed two or three hours earlier than I expected.
