Extremely stressful and difficult experience w the process of diagnosing a steering wheel issue. My pilot was at the dealership for 3 weeks; not Cesar's fault but for the first time in 30 years of being a Honda car owner, i was extremely dissapointed w the service at Hardin Honda. I have purchased numerous new cars at Hardin Honda and have always felt appreciated as a Honda Customer but this experience was disheartening to say the least.

Although I was happy at today’s outcome, I was not happy because I could not schedule an appointment for an oil change or tire rotation. It is not practical for me to ask someone to take me home and bring me back to the dealership for these types of services. Therefore, I wait at the dealership.

First, I had made an appointment to have the recall fixed which should have taken 1.5 hours but was told that they will need my car for 2-3 days. So, I had to Alfredo, the service manger, and he gave me an appointment for another day to have the recall fixed the same day. Which was great. After I dropped off the car, I received a text to ask any questions if I had any. Well, I had text for an update mid day and received no response. Also, I was not notified that the vehicle was completed. I had to call at the end of the day to ask if my car is ready for pick up. Then I received a text today stating that my car is fixed and ready for pick up. That is after the fact that I had already picked it up the day before. Poor communication, could have done better.
