Los empleados que reciben los autos les falta capacitación para tratar a los clientes. Falta de logística para agendar a los clientes a la misma hora. No puede ser posible que agenden a más de 20 autos a la misma hora.
Y en especial el trato hacia los clientes no es muy buena.

The service was excellent, as always. When I picked up my vehicle, there was a note from the service technician indicating that my car has a leaky valve cover. However, I was not contacted about this issue prior to picking up my car, and no recommendation was made to address it—it was simply noted. I believe this matter should potentially be taken more seriously. If this is not a serious issue, please feel free to disregard this concern, as I remain very satisfied with the service I received.
