Service was great. Only advise is to wash the loaner vehicles. I know your trying to save water, but normally, when I test out loaner vehicles, I look at them as a potential purchase. But with the car dirty inside and out, I didn't even consider it.

My front driver mat at the seams came apart & ripped the mat. I brought it to the attention of a service advisor. The service advisor said it was not covered under bumper to bumper warranty because it was not considered an accessorry. I brought the warranty book to show him that it said "It was covered under bumper to bumper warranty, accessories." Also I was under the three year or 36,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty. He then informed me he was going to show the warranty book to his service manager and the parts manager to get approved. It took several days to hear back from, that is only because I continued to call him back several times to find out the status. He finally told me that he has to contact Honda to get approval. The service advisor stated that a representative from Honda claimed it was wear and tear. It was apparent that it was a manufacture defect not wear and tear to the mat,an accessory. Also the service advisor advised me that the front rotors were warpped and not covered under the warranty to replace the rotors. I asked him where does it state that and why? He just repeated "it wasn't covered."I was not satisfied with his answer and again brought up the bumper to bumper warranty. Due to not replacing the rotors it is wearing the break pads faster than normal. As a loyal costomer of Honda I was very disappointed that Honda would not honor there bumper to bumper warranty,which has lead me to become a dissatisfied customer. I would greatly appreciate if someone could contact me to resolve these matters to restore the confidence I had in the Honda name. ****-****-xxxx

I had my first free oil change performer by dealer on 6/24/16.i received a copy upon completion of the job. Didn't pay much attention till I went home that night and noticed the description of the job performed had two discrepancy compared to the owner manual. 1. Oil used as 5w20 which is different than 0w20 on the manual. 2. Oil added listed as 5 qts which if different than 3.99 qts per owners manual. I went back today trying to clarify the situation. The service manager assured me that the errors were generated by the computer and that he will inform the office to correct the error. However, the whole experience still keep me wander whether the correct amount/type of oil have been placed in my vehicle, not to mention the addition time and trip made for this matter.
