Undercarriege of vehicle placed outside the frame, placed wrong . While I was driving in the freeway it come apart and heat the ground, drugged and make a very loud noise almost like explosion, you should replaced the damaged undercarriage with a new one, This is a bad misstake, it could be worst .

Customer service was great, the service done to my car was fast. The only thing I can say to be improve is that at the waitign room was very hot, the AC was off and only one door was open. Over all service experencie was fine.

I was not satisfied with the overall service. I received a call that my call would be ready. I picked it up an hour later during my lunch hour and still had to wait about 15-20 minutes, then it was brought out and there were so many cars that I had to wait another 5 minutes for the other cars to be moved so I could get out. I had requested a wash and it was not. The car had been there 6 hours. The sticker for the next oil change was not placed so I'm not going to know when the next service needs to take place. It is extremely expensive. The minor maintenance is incomplete as not all fluids are filled up to level such as the brake fluid. The rep was nice-no complaints about him. I don't need a call. I just will be taking my car elsewhere from now on.
