I am disappointed. The emblem chrome coating on my steering wheel, where airbag was replaced is now showing the yellow plastic underneath. It was not like that when I brought it in this morning. Looks like the paint was somehow worn or rubbed off.

There were oil marks on the driver and passenger seats after I picked up my car. I expected to receive better service from Honda but I'm disappointed. My experience with Hyundai is better. They had agents who went over the details of the service and always asked if there is anything they could do. They had complimentary car wash and at least cleaned up after the service.

Shortly after coming in to get a regular maintenance and tire pressure check/rotation, the low tire pressure light came on. I was around a different Honda service location around that time and it seems there was too much air pumped into the tires. The service was great but having to go to take my car in multiple times in a day worsened my experience...

Excellent experience from start to finish. We dropped car off and were called about 1 1/2 hours later as estimated. Service cashier explained what was done (oil change, tire rotation, multipoint inspection). Made sure I had no questions.
