Siento que el chico del shuttle es un poco racista, o discrimina a la raza hispana, es la tercera vez que me lleva y las tres veces me a dejado al último estando ya cerca de mi destino, ayer por ejemplo la primera persona fue en Anaheim y yo también era para anaheim a unos 4 bloques de donde dejo al señor y se fue para Orange y ya al final me regreso a Anaheim, la verdad si me hace sentir muy mal, aparte de que con uno es muy cortante y con la gente gringa se pone a hablar, a uno apenas si te pregunta donde es tú destino, debería tener más cortesía con los clientes y quitar su racismo a final de cuentas su sueldo sale de nosotros.
Del joven Frank todo perfecto me explico todo muy bien y fue muy amable y cortes, muchas gracias joven.

The Mechanic who worked on my car came out to tell me about a procedure he did on the car during the service. I found that GREAT !
The service rep checking me in and out was a delight to work with as well.
I am happy the waiting area is nice and the coffee and water that is offered is a nice touch. I had trouble with the WIFI though, which when waiting for your car at the dealership really is useful! The other thing that makes me happy, most of the time my car is finished well before the time frame given! I appreciate that!
