Jim, was (as always) so helpful in identifying what service work we should have done. We are moving from California and since we trust Jim... We wanted to make sure our vehicle was ready for the cross country trip. It is bittersweet as we have been customers of Hardin purchasing 3 vehicles and having them all serviced with Hardin. Jim has worked with us quite often and the trust with him has had us continuing to come back. We've not had any problems post service!!

The actual install went well. There was miscommunication with the Hardin team and the parts availability. I had one appointed postponed due to no one ordering the parts. Only reason I knew the parts weren't in was because I called to confirm my appointment. Had I not called, I would have shown up and not had the work done

I appreciated Naeil's help, work, and humor. What soured my experience was the cashier who did the paperwork. I asked her if she could throw away my small bag of trash and she said NO. I could take it to the trash bin outside the service writers' doors. I have been walking with a cane because my knees are so sore. Maybe to the young cashier the distance from one door to the other probably didn't seem like much but to me it was a great distance and lots of pain away . Maybe Hardin could buy another bin for the cashier/parts dept.? Or more observant cashiers? Yes please call me.

I had my car in there about a 1 1/2 yrs ago for the alarm. It kept going off for no reason. The tech told me it was just sensitive and to hold the remote closer to the start button. It kept doing the same thing and now to find out it was a loose wire from the alarm that caused my car to not start. It didn't cost me anything but I did have to rent a car which did cost me. I asked the service person to have my car washed which it wasn't. The service quality has gotten poor. I will still bring my car there because I have always taken and bought my cars there. I like Honda cars.
