Frank was absolutely fantastic. He explained what the mechanics worked on and what else we should work on in the near future. So I'm completely happy with him. He didn't oversell anything but only seemed genuinely interested in providing a great service.
However, my wife and I had to wait close to 25 minutes to receive our car back after we made a payment at the cashier and was told that our car was ready and going to be brought out. So it would have been nice if we were notified with the correct information.
