I dropped off my vehicle march 13th. Every day until the day I picked up the vehicle 3/22 I had to call and get updates on the vehicle. Finally when I was able to get my vehicle back I noticed several things were incorrectly put back together and some even damaged during the repair. I dropped off my vehicle with the moonroof not working properly. When I picked up my vehicle the moonroof rattles when open and driving, this never happened before. The two front pillars are loosely installed back on. The driver rear pillar is damage with white scuff marks that were not there prior to dropping off the vehicle. And the leather wrapped starting wheel has scratches on the top portion that were not there prior to dropping off my vehicle. Having this type of service may be acceptable for a non-licensed dealership but not by Honda certified technicians.
