My car was there for two days. If this was to be the case, it would be better to know the timeline in advance to be able to make plans. All staff were friendly, helpful, and polite.

Made an appointment , didn’t really help with anything. Dropped off my car in the morning, it wasn’t assigned to a mechanic until right before closing. Didn’t get a call in the morning like Cesar said so I called myself. I asked for a cat wash, the guy checked with his manager and said yes they can do it but when I picked up my car it was not washed, when asked why, the guy at the front said they haven’t washed cars in a while. Poor service, did not deliver what they promised

Customer Service is difficult, we drive up with expectations .
Hustling through life , I have found that as a customer we come in with problems and leave content. It’s not always what in our favor, except the staff tries too do best and I appreciate the effort.
When I mean all the way to service-advisors and mechanics and sales person who sell parts we need .etc ..
Dealing with customers is challenging I know i worked for many years, with the public.
