First off we got a bolt on the tire of the brand new car they we purchased on Friday noticed it on Saturday and did not drive the vehicle. Took the car in on Monday . I was expecting to get a new tire , however it was just patched. Second we arrived at 1030 and did not get the vehicle back until. 130, and last upon getting the vehicle the service person told us he was doing us a favor by not charging up. It should be noted we have purchased the platinum Honda care coverage.
