No need to contact me. I find it reprehensible that anyone would attempt to sell a new gas cap for 70. Are you kidding me? It was brought down to 40 but that is still way too much when a new gas cap at my local auto supply store sells them for 10. Based upon the gas cap price, I have no doubt that I was overchared for the other repairs performed. That is the first time (other than a recall repair) that I've ever brought my car in to be serviced at a Honda dealership. I won't make that mistake again. As far as Byron goes, he was polite. My disastisfaction is not with him. He is only doing what "corporation" dictates.

The guy who took my order was polite and efficient. My experience with him was pleasant. The cashier on the other hand was not as friendly and seemed to be completely oblivious to my questions. He seemed like my questions were irrelevant and didn't make an effort to get answers for me if he didn't know the answer.

My husband and I went to purchase a car at Hardin Honda while my car was being serviced. No one came to tell us the service department was closing! Now my car is stuck at the service department until Monday. I had no idea it closed at 5. Very upsetting!
