Your Service advisor Naeil Droubi was outstanding. He was nice and friendly and even he volunteered to replaced my bulb light, center area near the drivers area. You should have more staff like him. Great job!

Was told communication re car would be done via email. I was a waiter but went for test drive in pilot and CRV. Checked with cashier when done to see if car ready. Was not so I went back to waiting room. My phone was on silent. Brought car in for oil change and vibration (which I assumed would be tire rotation and alignment). My appointment was for 9:45am. I paid for my car at 1:45. My service writer, Naeil Droubi, upon coming to waiting lounge, asked me where I had been as he called me but no response. Need better communication!!

Most of the service was fine, but there was one alarming point.
When I left my house and was in drive thru at in n out, my car suddenly started stalling during idling. It happened about 4 times. It seems to have gone away, but it was startling since it had just been serviced.

Thank you so much for your car of both me and my car today. Your service team went out of their way to be kind and courteous to me. My service helpers made my appointment as quick as possible as I am disabled and waiting there is difficult for me. All doors were opened for me. I was helped with the coffee machine. The findings on my car as well as the work that was done was explained so well to me. I just love my honda element and I am so pleased with the service at Hardin Honda. Neaill was an excellent service helper. So pleasant, caring, well groomed and service oriented. A sharp young man and an asset to your company. Very courteous. I am a retired teacher so I know that these traits aren't always so common anymore in young people, A fine member of your staff. Also your greeter was so nice to me. He helped me out of my car, told me where to go and held the door for me. He also helped me to the lounge. Thank you.
