Customer service was great! The service to my van was horrible. They left my van a mess. Half my stuff that was organized in my trunk is now thrown in the mid section of my van. Also, the housing to my key is now broken. It was a little loose, which I had no problems with, now a piece of the plastic housing is broken off and it's not snapping back into place. They couldn't even tell me that they broke it. I didn't even see it until I turned off my car, since they brought my car to me running.
