Customer service was good but you guys were short staffed so it took a little longer to complete my oil change. I just found out today that you are no longer washing cars. My daughter owns a Toyota and they are offering car washes to their customers. As a loyal customer to Honda, I am curious to know when and why this service is no longer provided to their customers? After removing this service is there anything you have substatuted this service with?
