Had an engine light code that is on a Honda bulletin. This code requires a software upgrade. Bryan informed me that it will be a 125 fee. Other Honda dealership waives this fee due to a safety precaution from a Honda bulletin and also to provide top customer service. I was disappointed that Hardin Honda could not have provided this service to a long time customer like myself. I then called up Weir Canyon Honda and they told me to come on in and hey will take care of it no charge. That is the type of customer service that I e pecked from Hardin Honda.

I did appreciate the associated's humor.. he was condescending instead of bunny. He would do much better if he tones it down
My was was washed for free but it was rather rinsed.. it just made it worse.
I will not request a car wash again
