Naeil came to the car, asked what was going on with car, I jumped in the passenger seat and off we went. Very helpful with break down of what might be wrong with my car. Naeil's customer service was excellent. The only thing I was unhappy with was all the other oil changes I had done, I was never asked about getting my tires rotated, it could've prevented me from buying new tires along with an alignment. I told Neil, " why" didn't the express oil side ever ask me about it. He said he doesn't know. Either way today's experience great ???????? Thank you Neil for your wonderful customer service.
