Naeil came to the car, asked what was going on with car, I jumped in the passenger seat and off we went. Very helpful with break down of what might be wrong with my car. Naeil's customer service was excellent. The only thing I was unhappy with was all the other oil changes I had done, I was never asked about getting my tires rotated, it could've prevented me from buying new tires along with an alignment. I told Neil, " why" didn't the express oil side ever ask me about it. He said he doesn't know. Either way today's experience great ???????? Thank you Neil for your wonderful customer service. All-around great customer service. I will be sharing my experience with others! Of course I would've been happier if I didn't need to go in to the shop in the first place! I purchased the car in November and the Bluetooth function wasn't working. I noticed many other new Honda civics there as well!

I do not want to be contacted. My family has used Hardin for years and service has gone downhill. Every single time we go there, something happens. I tried to give it one more chance since we live so close but I will be going to another Honda dealership in the future.

Onar was very attentive but the charges are too high .I like the timely update on repairs/replacements but yoyr rates are wven higher than what I am charged at Mercedes Benz or BMW service centers.
