I have worked with almost every service staff member on your team. I have been left completely unsatisfied. One service associate even had the audacity to tell me I should go to another Honda dealership to have the problem fixed! My experience with Byron has been completely different. Front the time I pulled into the dealership for service he was completely upfront with me about what to expect, he was polite and was not rude or disrespectful, which I have previously experienced at Hardin Honda. He listened to all of my concerns and did not interrupt to make snide comments. Even the little things he did let me know that he cared about what was going on with my vehicle and respected me. Something as simple as siting next to me in the waiting room to give a status update on my car vs standing overtop of me as I sat in a chair in an aggressive manner. Seems like a small thing to sit next to someone and look at them eye to eye and not down at them, but I noticed it and appreciate it.
