It looks like when my car was being washed after the service, the car wash staff took off the windshield wiper blades and forgot to install one of them back in. When I activated my windshield wiper for the first time since the service (2 days after), one of the wiper blades immediately flew off and was lost.
I'll be taking my car back to Hardin Honda tomorrow to address this issue.
