I am extremely grateful to the Hardin Honda team for the outstanding service I received in 1 April 2017. My family is about to move to Texas on military orders and we were in urgent need to service our 2008 Accord prior to the long drive from California. Hardin Honda was able to schedule and service our vehicle for 2 recall repairs within 24 hours of our request. Mr Byron Dozier, in particular, went out of his way to provide exceptional support. Not only did he keep me posted with status updates every step of the way, but after several miscommunications with the dropoff shuttle service left me stranded miles from home, Byron personally picked me up and took me the rest of the way. Despite a very busy day at the service center, Byron's commitment to assisting his customers went above and beyond all expectations. Moving one's family is difficult enough as is. Byron and the Hardin team resolved my family's transportation challenges without the least bit of additional stress. I'm truly impressed and appreciative of their efforts.

It was a short wait considering that I showed up with out an appointment. Coffee was great and thanks for washing my Ridgeline I left with a clean truck. While waiting I took the opportunity to get an idea of what car my daughter will be hopefully purchasing from your Hardin Honda car dealership. The staff was wonderful very attentive with costumers.
