My experience before getting service is what really bothered me. The other service person did not already have the cones out to were the cars should be lined up. It's early Saturday morning and he was pointing me to move the carr more to the left. I moved the the car but wasn't enough and he gave an unpleasant face. Darin was nice and knowledge. I noticed a scratch on the back of my steering wheel and I discussed with him, since I can't prove it was done there I'm just letting it go. But the attitude with the the other service person still leaves a bad taste in my month. I have serviced my Honda Accord there for the last 3 years and now contemplating on going back.
