Byron explained exactly what was to be done on safety recall and appropriate time it would take. He then explained on my last visit in, I needed fluid changes and did not have it done, so now overdue. I agreed to have it done today and Byron gave me approximate time for both services. I was called and texted when my car was ready to be picked up, under estimated time. Byron explained what will be needed on my next service (spark plugs), so no surprises, which I appreciate! He is an excellent customer service rep!
