Chris is terrific! For whatever reason, I always seem to get him when I bring one of our three Hondas in for express oil change. He's always quick, fun to chat with, and seems genuinely interested in our conversations. Can't imagine going anywhere else for service!

Naeli was very friendly and helpful when I came in. He shook my hand and introduced himself which I thought was nice.
He told me there was going to be a long wait and offered the shuttle service.
He asked about my weekend while writing me up, and said he would keep me posted on the status of my car- which he did.
