I was really happy that Byron remembered me when I came in. After my horrific experience with the sales manager Mike when I bought my car, Byron showed me that not all Hardin Honda employees were liars and crooks. Byron took care of me last time when the battery in the lemon Mike sold me died after owning the car only a few months. Byron listened, apologized for his co worker and made sure that he would take care of Mike's inadequate service.
I am very pleased with the service that Byron provided.
