The wait of 5 hrs to change 1 chock it was too long. The shuttle in Saturday it's only 10 miles n one way only. So I had to find a ride . I reside at chino hills. Very inconvenient. I won't use Hardin Toyota for any future repairs or needs. Metro honda has better customer service

Darin Schoppelrey provided Excellent customer service and great expediency! Freeway Honda should look to Hardin Honda to upscale their service. I had an appt today at freeway Honda at 8am, after an hour and 10 min. my car was still not in the shop. It was 3rd in cue. I had to seek out the service provider to get informed. I decided to leave since i had an appt in temecula at 11am. On my way back, i stopped at Hardin's express service. They changed my oil, completed multi point inspection, and washed my car within the hour. This was amazing, and i didnt need to have an appt!! The service provider and attendant were very friendly, professional, and great to work with. It's a very warm and welcoming feeling that you dont get at Freeway Honda. I bought my car at Hardin and will only do maintenance at Hardin for now on. As a school administrator, i know the value that is placed on having people skills and providing quality care to others, Hardin sets the bar for Honda!! Freeway Honda needs to be retrained and take notes on how Hardin gets things done. Thank you Hardin Honda for showing that you care aboit your customers!
