The service advisor was pleasant and informative. Initially upon arrival I was put off when he asked me if we banged into anything (as if to explain why a new vehicle would be leaking) It had the feel, that this was somehow our fault. We moved past that and got down to figuring out the real issue. My complaint is that with 800 miles on it my vehicle has already had 2 major failures. This greatly disturbs me from a reliability standpoint. Not something you expect from a Honda. I can't fault your dealership or your service personnel. We hope we are free of problems in the future.

After service today, my air conditioner started to make a whining noise. I called the service department and was able to make an appointment for Monday morning to get the noise checked out. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service I received and with my service advisor.
