Good service quality maintenance did everything I asked. That was wrong with the car. I've had it over a year and I still couldn't fix the problems and heart and home to fix them for me. The gentleman helping me was very knowledgeable and help me with all my questions and concerns.

Steven was great. Very helpful and welcoming. The only thing that annoyed me is on my way home my low tire pressure light came on. It wasn't on before I got there. It says tire pressure was adjusted on my statement. Really not a huge deal but kind of annoying.

Everything about the service and the customer courtesy itself was great, but there was some kind of miscommunication regarding the shuttle, I kind of wish the customers could be more directly in charge of their own shuttle pickup scheduling, because I thought I was going to be picked up earlier than I did, and the only way to check on the shuttle status is by calling the main Hardin phone number.
