The recall was completed in 1 3/4 hours. However, the dashboard screen has not worked properly recording my mileage. It has to be reprogrammed. Byron did a very good job expediting my recall. I live in Corona Del Mar. You are a great distance away.! Also, when I called to make an appointment, I asked if the part for the recall was in stock. The reply was,, "Yes." Oops! I did not get a part, I got adhesive. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the quality of work by your service department....Teddy E
