I was on my way to Disneyland on Saturday 8/19/17 for my girlfriends birthday when my car started to make very strange jerking noises and vibrations from the engine along with a bunch of lights turning on, on my display so I rushed to the closest Honda dealer I could find (Hardin Honda). When I arrived a service rep by the name of Steven Paisley came out to greet me and I explained my situation to him and he happily took my information in a very respectful and reasonable tone. The car ended up staying at their location for a few days until the car was diagnosed and fixed by the warranty I had received when I originally purchased the pre owned vehicle at another Honda dealership a few years back. overall the staff was amazing and huge thanks to Steven for helping me out, he did all he could to make sure I was taken cared of properly, and I really appreciated that! Great dealership with a great service department staff!

Why Chris Montag pushed me to signed paper work but he didn't gave me a photo copy. Paper is showing $69.00 dollars but he hide under table. Beside $ 48.50 lubricated.

First time I took my car for a service in this place. I'm very happy with the service I received. Especially with their free shuttle service within 10 miles to your place when you drop off your car. Rodolfo Ayala Jr is a very nice sevice agent. He has a very good customer service . From now on I'll take my car to this place for a service.

My check engine light was on after my service. I tightened the gas cap, but I did not put gas in before the service. My car should not have been returned to me in this condition. There should be a final QA/QC and I will not be happy if I have to return to the service department.
