The dealership needs to be more like Toyota dealerships when it comes to service. Toyota dealerships have a very open, welcoming area for customers to wait, with free coffee, water, donuts, cup o soup, etc.
That would cost you very little to keep customers comfortable and very happy.
I know beacause we are a Toyota and Honda family -- their service area far surpasses the Honda service area experience.
